Perhaps, in this new 3DS version, Nintendo might drop its 3D feature; although it is still unsure remembering that, many game developers are still developing 3D games lately. Nintendo also plans to release a detachable second analog stick peripheral for 3DS with $10 price tag along with their plan to expanding its downloadable NES and GBA games lineup for 3DS to expand the 3DS’ game library.

 

The Nintendo 3DS crisis is pretty much the same as what happened to Sony during the first day PS3 being launched; it was launched with questionably high price. After that, Sony constantly updated PS3 in various ways, such as removing the PS2 backward-compatibility ability, and various modifications that allows Sony to drop its price and starting to catch up on their sales number.
